Youth Registration
All players will be asked to provide eligibility/poof age. This can be a birth certificate, passport, immunization record, report card, or the player's driver's license that states the players date of birth.
Brick City Sports players' fee is $60/month. A request for assistance is offered in this form. Some assistance may be provided. However proof of income and necessary documents are required. If you ask for assistance a separate form will be emailed to you at the address you provide.
